Once we receive your request, a member of the Wooten Junk Removal team will follow up by phone or email — typically within a few hours during business hours. We'll confirm the details of your job, answer any questions, and get a time scheduled that works for you.

For jobs that can be straightforwardly quoted over the phone — a few pieces of furniture, a partial garage, or a single appliance — we'll confirm the price during that initial callback. For larger or more complex jobs, we may schedule a brief on-site visit to assess the volume and provide a firm quote before any work begins.

Before the Crew Arrives

• Make sure the area is accessible — clear pathways for the crew to carry items out
• Have a clear idea of what is going and what is staying (mark items or rooms if helpful)
• Ensure any parking space near the property is available for the truck
• If there are locked spaces (storage units, sheds, gated areas), have the keys ready
• Let us know about any fragile items nearby that need extra care

Payment is due at the completion of the job. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
